TOPIC: COMPLETE REPENTANCE

TEXT: LUKE 15:11-12
When we talk about complete repentance we mean the unsaved person, started the process of his salvation and finish it, by being saved in the manner of john 3:4-5. This is what i call the three dimension of salvation, which are:
1.       By being born again means; having the conviction of sin in your heart or being convicted of your sin.
2.       By being baptizing in water – this speak of public declaration that you are a child of God or a Christian.
3.       By baptizing in the spirit; this has to do with the seal of our faith or Jesus putting a mark of ownership upon our life. When we also talk about a complete repented life, we mean a child of God living a sanctified life, living a life of purity, living a life that has fully repented. Living a life that is fully repented, a life that has been washed and redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Complete repentance speaks of God kind of life. That is the type of life that God live and also expect us to live, God kind of is a life without blemish, is a life that has been totally salvated by the lord himself. This is the kind of life that Paul experienced and talks about in Gal 2:20, which he said “I AM CRUCIFIED WITH CHRIST, NEVER THE LESS I NO LONGER LIVE, BUT CHRIST LIVE IN ME AND THROUGH ME”. No wonder the bible said let thy light so shine among men, that they may see your good works and give glory unto God.
I decree to you from tonight, you will shine a complete repented light in your compound, business, shine in your school, shine the light of God everywhere you go in the perfect name of Jesus.
So a complete repented life is alive that has totally surrendered unto the lordship of our lord Jesus Christ. This is the desire of God to all believers that we should all repent or else we will likewise perish. Let me talk about the type of life an unrepented man live in Gal 5:19-22. An uncompleted repented man is an unbelieving believer, he believes but not all, he is saved but not fully surrender, he is a pretender, and an eye server, he knows the right thing to do but refused to do them, an uncompleted repented man is a shameless fornicator and adulater, he is drunker, even though he comes to church he is a hater of brethren, he or she quarrels easily both at home and in the church, his character is questionable, he still worship idol. Uncomplet repented person is a shameless tithe eater, he is a man with the spirit off raft. There was a time in the life of Apostle Paul; he was an uncompleted repented man. In Romans 7:15-24 Paul was wondering what was wrong with him and he said “for that which i do I allow not for what I would that do I not but what i hate that do i, if then i do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that is good, now then it is no more i that do it but sin that dwelleth in me. So you can see that uncompleted repented person start his repentance process but did not complete it that is why there is still sin in him, there are things that are in him that he has not fully surrender to the lordship of our lord Jesus Christ. I other words he started the process of his salvation but did not fully complete it. In Luke 15:12-13 here too we saw an uncompleted repented man who took his share of inheritance from his father and went to a far country and wasted it all. So an uncompleted  repented man still believe in the worldly kind of enjoyment such as going to party, going on a date with a guy or a lady, he still believe in valentine celebration. But when the prodigal son was ready for a Change in Luke 15:18. He said I will arise and go to my father and would say unto him, father, I have sinned against heaven and before thee, am no more worthy to be called your son. But when his father saw him the bible said he had compassion on him.
God will have compassion on a sincere heart here tonight in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. So in Romans7:24 when Paul saw his life and discover that he is not fully saved he cried out and said oh wretch man I am who shall deliver me from this body of dead, I believe he went into fasting and prayer and studying of the word of God where he had an encounter with Jesus and his life was completely changed. From that time onward Paul could say “I no longer live but Christ live in me and through me”.
You will have that encounter here tonight in the perfect name of Jesus.
