THE POWER OF DETERMINATION (PART 1)

I have come to learn in the process of life that the difference between impossibility and possibility lies in your personal determination to succeed and determination is the strength that carries you through the path of success even in the middle of obstacle.

So until your determination is in place, success is not guaranteed, determination has to do with decision, and your decision in life determine your destiny; that is, you must make a definite decision in your mind this year to be able to fulfill your God given purpose or goal.
In Daniel 1:8 the Bible says, Daniel purpose in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meal, or with the wine which he drank. Therefore he requested for princes of the eunuch, that he might not defile himself.
Daniel thought he was a captive in the flesh, yet he understood his covenant rights with God. He made a decision not to defile himself with the king’s meat.
The reason why many are not successful in their life is that they do not have a clear cut decision in their lives as to what they are doing.
That is, they have many abandoned vision and dreams.  They start one thing and when there is an obstacle they abandon it and move to another thing.
Hear me, before engaging into any life venture, the scripture says to us count the cost.
In Daniel 3:16-19 the Bible says the three Hebrew boys were determined not to bow to the image of the king Nebuchadnezzar.
Look at what they said, but if not, be it known unto thee of king that we will not serve thy god nor worship the golden image which thou has set up. They refuse to commit sin with the people; they stood their ground and deaf the consequences,
These were men who have determine to become great and shock their worlds
What about Joseph, he determine not to exchange his destiny with portpher’s bed, etc Gen 39:9
So it takes determination to be an over-comer and for us to fulfill our destiny this year, we must have a plan, be determined, dedicated, focus and disciplined.
These are the keys that lead to great success in life
