WHEN LAST DID YOU CRY FOR SOULS

Text: John 11:35, Luke 19:41 & 45-46
In our world, many people are dying every day, some by accident, some by sickness and diseases. The question is, where are they dying to? So many dies to hell, because nobody has taken the message of salvation to them.
In Isaiah 6:8 Isaiah said, I heard the voice of the Lord saying, whom shall I send and who will go for us, then said I, Here am I send me. Can God send you this month? There are so many of us here today who use God to achieve their life purpose but when God want to use them to achieve His own purpose, they give God excuses; like I am tired, I can’t go, I have no transport.

When last did you cry for soul, God is looking for man and woman who can cry to Him and said, lead me to a soul to win into the Kingdom. Jesus wept for the city because of their unbelief, he wept because the people expect a political leader instead of the heavenly King. He wept for the people because they will soon suffer terrible judgment because of their rejection of the messiah.
Jesus weeping or crying for Lazarus shows that He had great love for soul. So his weeping can change things, His weeping makes the heaven to open, His weeping makes the power of death to be ineffective or powerless.
Why do people cry today?
Some cry for lack of money, others cry because they are under attack, some cry because of the death of their love ones, some cry for being disappointed in one form or the other, some cry because of hunger.
But my question today is when last did you cry for a soul. The early believers and the apostles of old knew the value of souls. So they where men that love souls. They where men that gave their life for souls, men that left their enterprise for souls, men that left their comfort for souls. They where men that gave their time for soul, men that choose to die with Christ and lean on Him for soul.
Paul was led out of the city and beheaded because of soul, Mark was dragged to pieces by the people of Alexandra because of love for Souls, Peter was killed, feeling unworthy to be crucified like the Lord; he asked to be crucified upside down because of souls. Luke was hanged on an olive tree by the evil priest of Greece because of Souls.
That chair you are seating so many had died so that you can gain freedom to worship God freely. Many people you love and those you hate are dying without Christ, may I ask you a question? When last did you cry for a Soul?
Winning a Soul is the Command of Our Lord to all Believer, are you a believer? When last did you cry for the lost sheep of Israel.
PRAYER
1.     Oh! Lord empower me to win a Soul this Month
2.     Oh Lord! Give me grace for Evangelism.
